Yes — all artwork is designed or drawn by me.

Most items are printed, cut, and packaged by me using my own equipment. Some products are manufactured and made in small batches, depending on what sells best.

Original artworks are one of one.

Printed items can be restocked.

I do my best to show colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

If you’re unsure about anything — colors, sizing, materials, or just need reassurance — you’re always welcome to reach out and ask. I’m open-minded, happy to chat, and here to help before or after you place an order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with:

• a brief explanation of what happened
  
• clear photos of the damaged item
  

You won’t need to return the item. I’ll send a replacement whenever possible.

If your order appears lost, please contact me with details and any relevant proof. I’ll always do my best to make things right.

If a limited, one-of-a-kind artwork is lost or damaged, we’ll find a fair solution together — either a redraw/repaint or a refund, depending on the situation.

I ship from Bulgaria, mainly using postal services, as most packages are small and this helps keep shipping rates at least a little bit affordable. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, and international orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.

If tracking is available for your destination, it will always be included.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Import Taxes & Customs:

Orders ship from Bulgaria, and depending on your country, import taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply. These fees are set by local authorities and are outside of my control.

Please make sure you’re familiar with your country’s customs policies before ordering. I’m not responsible for delays, additional charges, or parcels held or unreleased by customs.
