This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Certain products may be handmade, personalized, custom-made, printed to order, or produced in small batches. Such products may require additional processing time before shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped using postal, courier, or logistics providers selected by us.
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to select an equivalent shipping provider where necessary to complete delivery.

We currently ship within Bulgaria and most countries within the European Union.
Shipping availability may vary depending on destination.
We may expand shipping availability to additional countries in the future.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Some shipping methods may not include tracking or may provide limited tracking updates.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once it has been provided.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties, or charges imposed by local authorities where applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or border inspections.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries or deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delayed or lost shipments, delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee compensation for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number together with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include:
• replacement of the item;
• partial refund; or
• full refund.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or failures affecting postal, courier, telecommunications or internet services.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and fulfill affected orders as soon as reasonably practicable.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because it was not collected by the customer, any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
