The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Silly Little Ink, a trade name operated by Lunar House Ltd. (Лунар Хаус ЕООД), a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under EIK 208778806 and VAT registration number BG208778806.
Silly Little Ink operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate the Store.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services. By visiting, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Bulgarian or European Union law.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain features or place orders, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment information. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, assign or sell your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
Many products offered through Silly Little Ink are handmade, made in small batches, printed individually, or produced with artisanal techniques. Minor variations in color, size, texture, cutting, printing, packaging and appearance are natural characteristics of handmade and small-batch products and do not constitute defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.
All descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Silly Little Ink.
Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent to you.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders in cases involving:
• pricing errors;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
• product availability issues;
• violations of these Terms;
• other circumstances that make fulfillment impossible.
If an order is modified or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the information provided during checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Personalized, custom-made, made-to-order and print-on-demand products may not be eligible for cancellation or withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Once production has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Products are intended for personal use and not for resale without our prior written consent.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed on the Store are shown in the applicable currency and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and similar charges are not included unless expressly stated and may be charged separately during checkout or upon import, depending on the destination country.
Prices, promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times provided on the Store are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, product names, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, designs, product images and other materials, is owned by Silly Little Ink or its licensors and is protected by applicable Bulgarian, European Union and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties.
These tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.
We may introduce new features, products or tools from time to time, which shall also be subject to these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices or policies of third-party websites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Silly Little Ink is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, all purchases are made directly with Silly Little Ink and not with Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for products sold through the Store or for disputes arising between you and Silly Little Ink.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and its partners to provide and improve the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and understand how personal information is processed.

Occasionally information on the Store may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, promotions, transit times or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silly Little Ink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings or loss of data arising from the use of the Services or products purchased through the Store.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights under Bulgarian or European Union legislation.
SECTION 17 – FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, interruptions in transportation, customs delays, governmental actions, or failures of telecommunications or internet services.
Our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such events, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies published on the Store, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silly Little Ink regarding the Services and supersede all prior communications and understandings relating to the subject matter.
SECTION 19 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms where necessary in connection with the operation of the business, provided that such assignment does not adversely affect your rights under applicable law.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory rights and protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights granted under applicable Bulgarian or European Union consumer protection legislation.
SECTION 21 – ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers residing in the European Union may have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
